Dopo la laurea in Economia, Ilaria inizia il suo percorso nel contesto internazionale del Gruppo UniCredit, focalizzandosi sulle attività di Talent Acquisition ed Employer Branding.
Nel 2019 si unisce alla startup di illimity per sviluppare i processi di selezione e sviluppo del capitale umano, contribuendo alla crescita di quello che oggi è il Gruppo illimity.
Nel 2022 Ilaria accoglie la sfida di gestire le risorse umane come Head of HR di ARECneprix per continuare ad imparare in una realtà in continua evoluzione.
